Help Our Recreation Program Get the Right Tools

Our Recreation and Learn to Row programs introduce rowers of all experience levels to the joy of being on the water. Now we're raising funds for new megaphones and a dedicated CoxBox to help our coaches provide the best possible experience for our crews.

Clear communication is essential when you're coaching a boat on the water. Our coaches currently rely on equipment borrowed from other programs, which can make it difficult to provide clear, timely direction during practices. A dedicated set of megaphones will allow coaches to communicate more effectively with their crews, while a program-owned CoxBox will give our rowers reliable access to the technology used in modern rowing.

Having equipment dedicated to our Recreation program also means it will always be charged, ready, and available when our crews need it without competing with equipment traveling to regattas or being used by other teams.
