The Seattle office of Cozen O'Connor is teaming up with Food Lifeline to help feed kids and families this summer! Between July 17th - 31st, we’re competing in Food Frenzy and have all sorts of fun activities planned that will help raise valuable funds needed to stock the shelves of local food pantries and summer meal sites across Western Washington. Last year, foundations and corporations like ourselves raised $700,537
Who is Food Lifeline and why Food Frenzy?
Food Lifeline is Washington state’s largest hunger relief organization, dedicated to ending hunger in Western Washington. Last year, they served more than 750,000 children experiencing hunger. Through their network of food pantries, meal programs and shelters, they served 90,000 meals every day. Our participation in Food Frenzy is needed during the summer months when access to free breakfast and lunch at schools is limited and parents who are already struggling to make ends meet, are forced to make tough choices when it comes to paying for groceries, medication, rent and utilities. Our support will have a material impact on summer hunger and will help increase access to nutritious, culturally relevant food for thousands of families this summer.

How is my donation translated into points?
This year, there are about 61 business's and organizations including Cozen O'Connor participating in Food Frenzy and competing for prizes, awards, and donation milestones. If you're competitive side is interested, here is a breakdown of how your donation will be converted into points, which get us closer to reaching these goals and milestones throughout the donation period of July 17th - 31st. The points are earned through donating food, volunteering, etc., and are converted to money donated by other larger long time donators for Food Frenzy.
1 Individual volunteer hour = 25 points.
1$ Donation = 5 points.
1 Social media post = 1 point.
1 Food item = 1 point.
