Empowerment Plan is a Detroit-based holistic workforce development organization addressing homelessness in two critical ways. First, we provide employment along with supportive programming for individuals recovering from homelessness in Detroit. Second, we produce innovative sleeping bag coats, which are sewn by our fellows and then distributed to unsheltered individuals around the globe.
