I'm participating in the Rocket Community Challenge to raise funds for Southwest Human Development, Arizona's leader in early childhood development. Southwest Human Development helps children and families across our state access the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Every dollar raised helps strengthen the foundation children need for a great start in life.

Why This Matters to Me

I can’t think of a better return on investment than a child who grows up knowing the world believed in them before they even knew how to believe in themselves. As a mother and someone who believes deeply in the quiet magic of creating opportunity, I know a child’s beginning can shape everything that follows. Talent, curiosity, and potential are everywhere, but strong starts are not. Every child deserves to spend their early years dreaming big, making glorious messes with crayons, and discovering who they can become, not being limited by circumstances they never chose. Supporting Southwest Human Development reflects the values I try to live by: lead with compassion, serve without fanfare, and leave things better than I found them. When we give Arizona’s children a stronger foundation today, we are not simply changing childhoods. We are changing the stories of families and generations to come.
