At Life After Care, we're on a mission to empower foster youth to become the leaders of tomorrow. Our "LAC Programming" campaign is a call to action to support our comprehensive 26-week program, designed to equip young people with the essential life skills they need to thrive.

Our program covers a wide range of topics, including financial literacy, character development, career exploration, culinary arts/health, and cultural exploration. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and support, we provide foster youth with the tools and resources they need to succeed as they transition into adulthood.
