Support CAAPP: Teens Breaking the Cycle of Abuse

Every 44 minutes, a child in Arizona witnesses domestic violence. Most suffer in silence. Some never get the help they need. D.O.V.E.S. Network® exists to change that. We help teens heal from what they never should’ve had to survive. We walk alongside youth with trauma-informed, culturally responsive support that meets them where they are.

What We’ve Done Without Waiting for Grants

CAAPP (Counter Abuse Awareness Prevention Program) 

• 21 junior high boys served 

• 100% improved emotional regulation

• Parents and teachers saw behavior and communication shifts

• The program closed with a celebration and a Diamondbacks game that these young men will never forget

Peer Trainings 

• 5th–8th graders learned to recognize red flags and practice healthy communication.

Teen-Led Healing Spaces & Mental Health Support

• Built by listening to youth -  “It feels good to be in a room with people who’ve been through it too. It makes me feel normal again.”

Why This Fundraiser Matters

This month, we’re competing in the Rocket Community Challenge to unlock up to $15,000 in prize funding. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to that goal and helps fund -

• $25 – Peer Power Pack- Covers food, snack pack, and supplies for teens. Also eligible for a daily $25 match during the Bonus Challenge week.
• $44 – Break the Silence Gift - Symbolizes the 44-minute cycle in which a child in Arizona witnesses domestic violence. Your donation helps interrupt that pattern with support and safety.
• $100 – Healing Journey Sponsor- Provides materials and mentorship support for a teen navigating the CAAPP program. Helps fund weekly trauma-informed sessions and follow-up.
• $250 – Circle of Change Champion - Supports an entire day of programming, including group facilitation, parent engagement, and community safety tools. This level also strengthens our visibility in leaderboard rankings.
• $500 – Community Care Leader - Funds peer facilitator training for students who will serve as positive role models in schools across Arizona. These leaders carry the work forward.
• $1000 – Cycle Breaker Circle - Sponsors one full cohort of CAAPP programming for 5–7 youth, including facilitation, healing resources, and a community closing event.
