For years, I've had the privilege of watching lives change every single day.

I've watched a mother furnish her first apartment after fleeing violence. I've watched children receive school supplies and clothing with excitement on their faces. I've watched families put food on the table, secure employment, and begin building a future they once thought was impossible.

As Chief Operating Officer at United Community Family Services-Chaldean American Ladies of Charity, I see something every day that many people don't.

Our programs continue to grow because the need continues to grow. More families are walking through our doors than ever before!
