New Hope Center for Grief Support

Hi - I'm Elmer, Director of SEO at Rocket Central. New Hope has been an invaluable resource for me because in late 2020, I lost two of my adult sons within a span of three months. One took his life with a handgun and the other due to his long-term excessive substance abuse. For a parent, losing a child at any age is an unimaginable tragedy.

Prior to my experience with New Hope, I would have never considered joining a support group. I'm glad I did, though. The peer-led group I meet with has been a tremendous help. Although I am still working through my grief, I am now at a place where I can look to help others. I am a member of New Hope's Advisory Board and I share my story with those who I believe can benefit through their groups, their 8-week workshops and annual kids camp.
