Heat/Freeze the Seats

For over 60 years Southgate Community Players goals are to study and promote community theater, to encourage talent and to afford the membership opportunities to work with and in dramatic productions. Also to help foster cultural interests in this organization and the community and to always maintain high standards of entertainment. 

With SCP into their 66th season the group has been overcoming hurdles since the pandemic and though group has been making head winds to recover and exceed the pre-pandemic goals. The biggest hurdle the group is focusing a large portion of its efforts working on  replacing two of organizations building HVAC units; while still bringing the expectation of  entertainment the community wants and what the group wishes to provide in a comfortable temperature controlled environment. As well as continuing our goals to the community to bring live theater.
