Free Mom Hugs is a national nonprofit with more than 40,000 volunteers and a chapter in every state, empowering the world to celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community through visibility, education, and conversation. In June 2026 alone, our volunteers participated in more than 1,100 events nationwide, creating spaces of love, support, and belonging.
We do more than offer hugs. Through everyday actions and conversations, we advocate for acceptance, empower allies, and help create safer, more inclusive communities.
