Mint Artists Guild

Mint Artists Guild guides talented youth artists to learn, earn and grow as they explore and launch creative careers or businesses and give back in Detroit.   Every year, Mint hires creative youth artists and pays them to paint and create art. Then Mint donates original paintings to other nonprofit organizations.  We call that Paint Detroit with Generosity, and we hope you will be generous to our growing creative nonprofit.

In 2025, we added a work site in Clark Park in Southwest Detroit and we are developing leadership coaching for our more experienced artists, who lead three teams of their peers. We also developed a more robust Orientation for the youth in the Mint Summer Jobs. These initiatives allow us to expand our impact and serve more youth through the year. So please help us grow.
