At the Michigan Men’s Health Foundation (MMHF), our mission is simple yet powerful: to save lives by empowering men, and the people who care about them, to take charge of their health. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are dedicated to reducing health disparities, breaking the silence around men’s health issues, and ensuring every man has access to the education, screenings, and care he needs.

MMHF leads with community-focused programs that meet men where they are. Our flagship event, the annual Men’s Health Event, provides thousands of men with free life-saving health screenings, including prostate, skin, colorectal, and oral cancer checks, along with consultations, education, and community resources. It’s more than a health fair; it’s a gateway to prevention and early intervention for those who often face barriers to care.

We also drive year-round initiatives like Men’s Health Week, our educational Men's Health Survivorship Series, our On Call for Men's Health podcast, and The Blue Fund, which provides vital financial support for current prostate cancer patients. Our partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate sponsors, and local organizations ensure our reach extends deep into the communities that need us most.
