Michigan Employment & Training Plus

Many Detroit residents face challenges that cannot be solved through medical treatment alone. A senior may need healthcare along with assistance with obtaining home-based services, workforce support, and help connecting with community resources. The MET Plus Integrated Health Hub is being designed to help address these needs through a coordinated model. Our goal is to create a place where healthcare and human services work together, instead of requiring residents to navigate multiple disconnected systems. Every contribution moves the Hub Forward. 

The funding will go towards the following:

-Community Supporter (Supports health education, outreach, and resource-navigation materials)

Health Access Partner (Helps connect Detroit residents with healthcare and social service resources)

-100 Community Care Champion (Supports patient-care supplies and community wellness programming)

-Neighborhood Health Partner (Helps purchase equipment and technology for health and human services programming)

-Health Hub Builder (Supports the furnishing and equipment of clinical, rehabilitation, and behavioral-health spaces.

-Community Empact Sponsor (Provides significant support towards facility improvements, medical equipment, technology, and program development.

-Health Hub Partner (Supports major equipment, clinical areas, community programs, or service expansion.

-Medical and Diagnostic Equipment (Examination equipment, clinical equipment, patient-care equipment)

At MET Plus we want to provide various health services for people living in Detroit, that don't have access to Health Care facilities.
