HomeAid Orange County | Los Angeles

HomeAid Orange County | Los Angeles creates real housing solutions for people who need them most. From emergency and interim housing to permanent supportive, recuperative, and affordable homes, everything we build is rooted in one goal: helping our neighbors find safety, stability, and a place to belong.

We look for meaningful ways to step in where the need is greatest, supporting individuals and families who are struggling to stay sheltered and helping them move toward a more secure future. Started in 1989 by the Building Industry Association of Southern California’s Orange County Chapter, HomeAid OCLA has completed 108 housing projects to date that have served over 100,000 people facing housing insecurity by bringing together industry partners who donate their time and resources to reduce the cost of projects by 30-50%.

When it’s not a HomeAid owned property, HomeAid serves as a bridge between a nonprofit operator and the builder who steps up to bring the project to life. HomeAid housing serves as a refuge for many vulnerable populations in our community, providing the stability they need to get their lives back on track.
