Disaster Relief at Work

A nonprofit organization

Rescue. Relief. Recovery

Disaster Relief at Work responds to floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes around the United States by providing supplies and volunteer services to help disaster victims take their first steps back toward normalcy.

Since our inception in 2012, DRAW was started with a singular premise in mind: a natural disaster is one of very few times in the human experience where a person or family goes from everyday life to rock bottom instantly.

When a disaster hits, our team and volunteers are ready to meet the needs of survivors as quickly and efficiently as possible. DRAW's operations are set up to get needed resources to  communities hit by storms in the first 24-48 hours after the disaster, wherever the storm is in the United States. No two storms/responses are the same, so there are times that DRAW sends teams to clean up after floods, distribute buckets/supplies, or even patch roofs after tornadoes.

DRAW responds to an average of about 12 storms per year.  In
