For more than 30 years, I have worked with others in Recovery, helping people enter treatment and begin their recovery journey. I have learned while treatment can save a life, it is the support people receive after treatment that often determines whether recovery lasts. I have helped connect hundreds of people to treatment at every level of care, including detox, residential treatment, outpatient counseling, and medication-assisted treatment. These services save lives, but they are only the beginning of the recovery journey.

People need a safe place where they can find hope, encouragement, accountability, and friendships with others who understand what they are going through. Recovery does not happen alone. It happens in community.

That is why Harmony Life Center exists.

Harmony Life Center is a community recovery center that provides a welcoming, judgment-free place where people can continue building healthy, meaningful lives. We host support meetings that represent many different pathways to recovery because there is no single path that works for everyone. We also provide meeting space and support for family members and loved ones who are learning how to help someone in recovery while finding healing themselves.
